- 1 C Powder milk
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 4 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 TBSP sugar
- Baking powder
- ½ C Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C Water/Milk
- (Anything else you want to add)
Add the 3 eggs , the 1 cup of powder milk , the 1 teaspoon of salt, the 1 table spoon of sugar, the ½ cup of oil and the 1 cup of water (this where you can add any additional ingredients i.e. peanut butter, ketchup, ect.) and Blend with a fork. Add 4 ½ cups of flour on top of wet ingredients and add 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 2 teaspoons of yeast( double baking powder if you do not have time for the dough to rise) . Blend dry ingredients with a flat hand in circular motions . Combine Wet and dry ingredients with your hands keep mixing until dough is a little like play dough and doesn’t stick to your hands (Additional flour or water may be needed) Slightly oil the top of your dough.
Let sit in the bowl for 30 minutes with a top cover
Oil your hands when making dough balls
Make balls the size of your fist or desired size (try to handle the dough as little as possible) Place on the pan with three finger spaces between the dough balls. If you want the bread to cook faster n the oven, make doughnut holes in the middle of the dough balls. Place the pan in a warm oven and let sit for 30 minutes and then turn oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit . Bake for approximately 20- 35 minutes. Bake time varies with dough-ball size.
*When doubling the baking powder you do not have to wait for the dough to rise in the bowl or oven
*The more you handle the dough (especially when making the dough balls or desired shape) the harder the bisque will be.
Attention: When any recipe has yeast in it do not let your pets eat it raw or lick the bowl out. The yeast will rise inside of the dog or cat digestive system that ate it. It is very bad for the animal.
